Fee: €40 for series of 3 or €17 each
A series of 3 aerial workshops for beginners. No previous experience needed.
We will use an aerial hoop to focus on good alignment and simple strength building, using exercises and techniques developed by professional aerialists. The 3 workshops will gradually develop a simple aerial routine. Come to one, or try all 3 to experience to see your aerial abilities flourish.
This workshop series is ideal for anyone who would like to try a fun, safe and low stress way of building strength and flexibility while trying something new and a little exhilarating!

Tara Brandel is an award-winning choreographer, director, contemporary dancer, acrobat and aerialist from Ireland. She has been making work extensively since 1990 in London, Berlin, San Francisco and Ireland.
