Smudge It. Splash It. Draw It.
Celebrate drawing by breaking the rules. This year focuses on playful, sensory, and experimental mark-making - using unexpected tools and embracing imperfection, blended with sound.
Participants will explore drawing with feathers, sticks, and found objects. Sponges, water and inks splashes. Fingers, hands and full – body movement. Layered textures, smudges, and abstract form. Create layered textures and abstract forms while responding to a soundscape inspired by nature. This immersive experience encourages freedom, curiosity, and connection - where every mark tells a story.
Step into a world of messy, expressive drawing. This year's workshop will be guided by Uillinn Public Engagement Assistant /artist and Artist in Residence. We will experiment with ink, textures, unconventional tools, and sound to create bold, unexpected artwork.
There are no mistakes - only marks.
All ages welcome. No experience needed. Just curiosity.
