About the Artist/Company

Squarehead Productions was founded by Darragh McLoughlin and Elena Kreusch in 2012 as a platform for supporting artistic research and performance; as well as being a space for collaboration with other artists from all fields.

Darragh McLoughlin, Born in 1987 in Ireland as youngest of three siblings and son of two professional chefs. In 2006 he moved to Berlin to attend the Jonglier Katakomben School of Juggling.
In 2008 attended the Academy for Circus and Performance Art and completed his education with a bachelor degree in Circus Arts.

Since then Darragh has created several works that have toured internationally. His work crosses between several artistic genres, as well as being influenced by game design, western and eastern philosophy, and cognitive science.
