Members and Friends Exhibitions

Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre Members and Friends Exhibition runs annually, the call out for the current year with all relevant dates will be below. 

We warmly invite you to participate in our Members and Friends Exhibition 2026. Running annually for more than 40 years, this exhibition showcases work by artists from across West Cork and beyond at all stages of their careers. 

Exhibition dates: Saturday 20 June to 16 July 2026

Hand in dates: to Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre, Skibbereen on Thursday 11, Friday 12 & Saturday 13 June between 11.00am and 4.00pm

Publicity and information: we will accept information on the artist and the artwork up to Wednesday 10 June 2026 by email to info@westcorkartscentre.com

-An artist’s statement up to 120 words
-A good quality image of the work
-A full caption for the work

Opening of exhibition: Saturday 20 June at 2pm

Cnoc Buí Exhibition Award

We’re delighted to announce that the Cnoc Buí Exhibition Award will once again take place this year. This award offers the winner a solo exhibition opportunity at Cnoc Buí, Union Hall in 2027. The recipient will be announced at the opening of the Members and Friends Exhibition at Uillinn on 20 June.

Sample-Studios Associate Membership Award

We’re delighted to announce a new award for 2026. The Sample-Studios Associate Membership Award offers the winner a complimentary Associate Membership for 1 year. Sample-Studios supports and sustains creative careers and practices in Cork through access to professional facilities, training, mentorship, exhibition and residency opportunities. The recipient will be announced at the opening of the Members and Friends Exhibition at Uillinn on 20 June.
