Mihaela Griveva Dance Research Residency
October to December 2017

In a three week dance studio residency at Uillinn Mihaela Griveva whose work is highly influenced by Gaga Movement Language, will be researching and developing her solo work in relation to recent studies in Tel Aviv with Batsheva Dance Company and Ohad Naharin. Since the beginning of the year she has been developing an ongoing screendance project creating short films and hopes to use them as a blueprint for a development of a new solo work. Collaboration is intrinsic to Mihaela's process; as part of her residency she will be inviting other artists to join her in the studio as well as welcoming the public to a 'Joy of Dance' workshop.
